How to feel Active and Fresh all Day!

Hey guys did your life has become lazy and inactive. Do you feel sleepy every time? Whether you are in your college or in your office, you feel lack of energy and sleepiness? Then don’t worry because I am going to share my personal methods with you that will keep you feel active and fresh all day.

1.Take enough sleep

Yes guys this has become common now a days that people are not taking enough sleep. I know about you guys also waking up till midnight or maybe more and then after sleeping you wake up early either for going to the office or your college or maybe in your weekends waking up at 10 am or something.

This is wrong time table. Your body requires enough sleep and rest to start the day actively and fresh. I suggest you to make a time table on sleeping at a specific time everyday, I suggest you till 10:30 you should be slept and waking up at 6 or 7 am maybe. You will see that this gives enough time for the body to take rest an you will wake up fresh and active and wont feel sleepy at your workplace.

2. Exercise daily

Exercising won’t only keep your body active but also trains it, after waking up in the morning, you can go for a jog or if you can go to the gym that would be great. It increases the blood circulation in your body which will keep your body active and energetic. It is one of the most important method to keep your body active throughout your life to fight against diseases and also increases your immunity.

3. Keep yourself Happy

Now waking up at scheduled timetable or exercising won’t help you until you keep yourself happy and cherished. You can start your day with watching some motivational videos or maybe funny videos. This will keep you happy and you will really feel active.

4. Drink Enough water

Drinking enough water will keep you energetic and hydrated all through the day. Drink at least 3-4 litres of water a day which will help you to stay active and fresh all day.

5. Don’t skip any meal

Food is very necessary to keep yourself active. If you run out of the calories, your body level will go down. I have seen many times that people skip their breakfast and importantly it is the most important meal of the day. Never skip any meal and keep drinking water to keep yourself active and fresh.

6. Keep some perfume with you

Now guys you will feel that it is a joke, but I have personally felt that by the end of half day, you should apply some nice fragrance to your body, it will give you more confidence and also keep you active. Now you don’t want to smell like sweat right? Always keep a small perfume with you which will keep you fresh.

So guys these are some basic points that matters a lot in keeping yourself active and fresh throughout a day. Apply them and enjoy your life happily.
